I am Sandra Kessler. I was born in Seattle, Washington and moved with my family to Israel at the age of 15. I hold a B.A degree and a teaching certificate in Literature from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

I was qualified as a Feldenkrais teacher in 1992 in the first course in Jerusalem with Eilat Almagor, Ruth Alon and Anat Baniel.

I am a qualified Pilates teacher and having graduated from the Wingate Academy of Sport, I am also a horseback riding and therapeutic riding instructor. For ten years I ran my own therapeutic riding center that combined riding with Feldenkrais techniques.

While I have always been active in various fields of sport, RHYTHM has always been an essential factor in my everyday life- whether in interaction with friends and family, at work in the garden, just walking down the road or sitting in a chair.

The 'Buzz' method was originally developed for horse riders to enable them to be attentive to their own personal rhythm in order to ride better. The training is directed at consistently improving the ability "to move", both physically and mentally, in sports and in life in general. Therefore it was a natural process to use the method for all forms of physical training.

The 'Buzz' method encourages and teaches flexibility of mind and body in order to improve agility.
